The sP20-in completes the sP20 range. After the sP20-S and sP20-B, this insert applies the same design principle to a built-in format. The sP20 range now counts three appliances.
The sP20 range is built on two constant choices : natural convection and the flower burner©. Three appliances express those principles across three distinct use cases.
The sP20-S has an elongated architectural form, an 15 kg hopper and pure natural convection. The sP20-B is more compact, with a 32 kg hopper and ducted air distribution to heat several rooms. The sP20-in is a built-in insert with an 18 kg front-loading hopper and natural convection.
All three appliances share a significant number of components, including the combustion chamber. This is what Stûv means by industrial design : one technical platform, expressed in three formats. The shared platform ensures consistent parts availability for servicing and simplifies the manufacture of the various components.
The sP20-in integrates the flower burner©, which produces a visible, readable flame even at standard heat output. It is compatible with existing s30-in and s30.3-in recesses, which simplifies installation in renovation projects.
